At Neurabolt LLC, your satisfaction matters. Because our products are consumable supplements, we must follow strict safety and compliance regulations. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.


All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the perishable and consumable nature of supplements, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened or delivered, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • This protects both our customers and our compliance with FDA safety standards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Email support@neurabolt.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds (when approved) will be issued back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or discounted bundles

  • Orders beyond the 7-day reporting window

Subscription Orders

  • Subscription cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

  • Once a subscription order has been processed, it follows the same rules as above.
